Ahjinah Hunter

Director of Operations

I’m Ahjinah Hunter, a Marketing Director and founder based in Nashville, Tennessee. Originally from New Jersey and raised in Georgia, I bring a strategic, people-centered approach to marketing grounded in psychology, communication, and real-world business experience.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oglethorpe University’s Hammack School of Business, with minors in Communication and Politics. During my time at Oglethorpe, I co-founded and served as Vice President of Alpha Kappa Psi, a co-ed business fraternity focused on leadership, professional development, and entrepreneurship.

Before launching my firm, I gained experience across customer-facing, corporate, and service-based industries, including several years in the restaurant industry. This background sharpened my understanding of consumer behavior, brand interaction, and operational excellence. I am also a former collegiate lacrosse athlete, having competed for eight years, an experience that shaped my discipline, resilience, and leadership style.

Today, I lead with a focus on data-informed strategy, brand positioning, and sustainable growth, helping businesses build meaningful connections and scale with intention.

Amber Atcherson

Corporate Trainer

I’m Amber Atcherson. Originally from Atlanta, I bring a strong background in the restaurant industry, where I developed a deep understanding of customer experience, consistency, and performance in fast-paced environments. Working in people-centered roles strengthened my communication skills, adaptability, and sense of accountability.

After transitioning into the marketing industry, I applied those same principles to building meaningful connections, driving results, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism. My background allows me to approach marketing with both structure and urgency, while staying focused on the customer experience.

At Viper X Management, I am committed to continuous growth—both personally and within the organization—while contributing to a culture rooted in discipline, integrity, and long-term success. My goal is to develop leadership skills, expand operational knowledge, and help build sustainable systems that support team-wide excellence.

Kenzie Lane

Corporate Trainer

I’m Kenzie Lane, originally from Kennesaw, Georgia, with a background rooted in athletics, leadership development, and team training. I played lacrosse from elementary school through high school, an experience that helped shape my discipline, resilience, and communication style.

Through hands-on experience and a strong commitment to growth, I transitioned into a corporate training role where I focus on developing teams, building confidence, and creating effective learning environments. My work centers on helping individuals perform at a higher level while fostering consistency and accountability.

In addition to my professional experience, I am currently working toward a degree in Business Management, further strengthening my leadership, organizational, and strategic skills. I’m known for my adaptability, clear communication, and ability to connect with people in fast-paced environments.

I am passionate about continuous growth—both personally and professionally—and take pride in building my career while supporting the success and development of those around me.

Zoria Williams

Corporate Trainer

I’m Zoria Williams, originally from Riverdale, Georgia, with a strong background in customer service and hospitality. My experience in people-facing environments helped develop my strengths in relationship-building, adaptability, and clear communication.

Before transitioning into this industry, I pursued real estate to deepen my understanding of sales, negotiation, and market dynamics. I am currently continuing my education while working toward a degree in Business Administration, allowing me to pair hands-on experience with formal business knowledge.

Since entering the business, my strengths in training, teaching, and leadership have become increasingly clear. I’m passionate about developing others with intention while holding high standards for performance and accountability.

My long-term goal is to advance into a Marketing Director role, where I can continue growing professionally while mentoring and building strong, results-driven teams.

Connect with customers, introduce products, and help drive new sales through direct, in-person conversations. This role focuses on building rapport, answering questions, and guiding customers toward the best solution.

Represent brands face-to-face, support promotional events, and create strong customer experiences in retail and community settings. You’ll help increase awareness, educate customers, and promote featured products.

Focus on outreach and prospecting by starting conversations, identifying potential customers, and qualifying interest before passing leads to the sales team. This role is more about generating new opportunities than closing sales directly.
